What this website processes

This coming soon site has no account, contact form, advertising tracker, analytics service, or nonessential cookie. The hosting and security infrastructure may process an IP address, request time, requested page, browser information, referrer, and response status to deliver and protect the site.

If you select the email link, your email application sends the message directly to Level Up. The website itself does not capture the message.

Purpose and legal basis

Limited technical data is used to provide, secure, and troubleshoot the website. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in operating a secure public website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Email correspondence is used to answer your request and, where relevant, take steps you ask for before a contract.

Providers, transfers, and retention

Vercel hosts the website and may process technical request data on Level Up's behalf. Where processing occurs outside the European Economic Area, an applicable transfer safeguard such as Standard Contractual Clauses is required. The site has no application database. Routine hosting logs are kept for no more than 30 days unless relevant evidence must be preserved for a security incident or legal duty. Email correspondence is normally kept for up to 24 months after the matter closes.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email marketing@level-up.cy. A response is normally provided within one month. You may also complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus.

Changes

This notice will be updated before the website adds a form, account, marketing technology, or another material use of personal data. The current version is always available at https://level-up.cy/privacy.
